Tax Treatment Capital Gains Tax

12.5% (not compounded) for each year the Plan is in force, as long as both Indices are at, or above, their Opening Levels at close of business on any Measurement Date. If early maturity has not been triggered and the Final Level of either Index is below its respective Opening Level there will be no investment return payable.

You will receive 100% of your original investment at maturity as long as neither Index has fallen by more than 50% at close of any days trading during the Investment Term, or if the product matures early. Otherwise your capital at maturity will be reduced by 1% for each 1% the lower performing Index is below its Opening Level.
