If the Final Level of the Index is at least equal to 75% of its Opening Level, the product will make a gross growth payment at the Maturity Date equal to 45% of the money you invest. If the Final Level is below 75% of its Opening Level, no growth payment will be payable at the Maturity Date.

This is a capital-at-risk product and you may lose some or all of your money if the Final Level of the Index is below 60% of its Opening Level, i.e. if the 60% European soft protection barrier is breached. In this case, the reduction in the money you invest in the product at the Maturity Date will equal the same percentage that the Final Level of the Index is below its Opening Level.
