If, on any Quarterly Measurement Date, the closing level of the Index is at least equal to 80% of its Opening Level, the Plan will pay a gross income of 1.4% for that quarter. No income will be payable for a quarter if, on the Quarterly Measurement Date, the closing level of the Index is below 80% of its Opening Level. The first Quarterly Measurement Date was on 20 May 2015, 3 months after the Start Date. Thereafter, the performance of the Index will be measured quarterly (i.e. every 3 months).

This is a capital-at-risk product. You will lose some, or all, of your money if the Final Level of the Index is below 60% of its Opening Level. The amount you would lose will equal the percentage that the Final Level of the Index is below its Opening Level.
