FTSE Defensive Supertracker Plan September 2015

The investment return from the Plan is linked to the performance of the Index. The Opening Level of the Index was its closing level on 25 September 2015. The Final Level of the Index will be its closing level on 27 September 2021.
An investment return will be payable if the Final Level is above its Reference Level. The Reference Level is 80% of the Opening Level of the Index (the “Opening Level”). In this event, the amount of the gross investment return will depend on how far the Final Level exceeds the Reference Level and will be 2% for each percentage point that the Final Level exceeds the Reference Level, up to a maximum return of 60%. The maximum return would therefore be payable if the Final Level of the Index is 10% above its Opening Level i.e. 30 percentage points above the Reference Level. If the Final Level of the Index is equal to, or lower than, the Reference Level you will not receive an investment return. If the Final Level of the Index is more than 10% above its Opening Level you will not receive any additional return above the maximum 60% provided by the Plan.

This is a capital-at-risk product. You will lose money if the Final Level of the Index is below 60% of its Opening Level. The amount of your money that you would lose will be the percentage by which the Final Level of the Index is below its Opening Level. In extreme circumstances you could lose all of your money. If the Final Level of the Index is at least equal to 60% of its Opening Level you will receive a full return of your Net Subscription.
